Roadtrip to Universal Studios, CA
This is a spontaneous trip! My dad wanted to bring us to a fun place but we didn’t think it was going to be this far. So at 3AM we were on the road with some travel food and water for “survival”. I’m exaggerating though! It was a long drive, roughly about 300 miles. We were just in time when we arrived. Universal Studios open at 9AM.
Here are our very excited and happy photos categorized! Breakfast Time - We’re here at the only restaurant that’s open at this hour that serves yummy breakfast- SADDLE RANCH

Cheers to a very yummy breakfast!
Dig in!
Unlimited Heinz Ketchup!!!
Ain’t this so mouth-watering? *Drooling* We got this one on the house for being their first customer! Arrived just when we were so full!
I had to fall in line to get tickets - as of today, it is $69 per adult. Now you see there’s a lot of people coming too.
Behold, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, CALIFORNIA.

This way to the Studio Tour! Hop on board the tram… Lucky we got seats for the first batch.

And you bet, there were like hundreds of huge stage sets here! Too bad we didn’t get the more costly tickets to have a view of a live studio taping! Maybe next time…
Here’s the current construction for an upcoming movie. If I remember right this one is going to be for King Kong.
This bridge is actually engineered to move (I mean, seemingly break!) while this tram (our tram!) will pass through… This is also used in a movie where someone nearly falls off it.
Here we are now at the Jurassic Park Scenario. Keep those camera’s protected! Some wild creatures show up and spit lots of water like a water gun!
Now this one is fascinating. A sort of Mexican theme place.. and it rains!…too much you’ll see the downpour!

Here’s to a film that had this boat sink… This tiny ship was used to depict the on-screen big ship!
New York Film school students were taping here. Lucky kids.
The Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift! Ready. Set. Kaboom! After that, they dance to the tune of “Gasolina”! *Applaud* And they take a bow…
This one is JAWS! Haha. I was looking all over when the shark will come out! Freaky!
The Revenge of the Mummy Tomb Effects, its really making you feel sick. I hate this!
Desperate Housewives - Wisteria Lane. Cool! They made all those outstanding houses!
The Grinch!
I don’t know what movie this guy comes from. Wasn’t I listening? Haha!
The plane crash…way cool! This one really knocked me off! This was a real plane FYI, set into bits and pieces and used in a number of movies.
Subway Earthquake Scene, my favorite. First time you come in nothing happens. Wait ’til you go for a second time inside! Lights flicker, tram moves like crazy, the ceiling drops and a fuel tank vehicle slides of it!… and water comes gushing from every wall! You’ll really get wet!

The day is too young to get settled. Off we go to the Bedrock and Bikini Bottom for some pictures!
Shrek’s Kingdom is a must see! The 3D theatre they have is awesome! You’re gonna rock on your seat, be spit on, be tickled, horrified, and everything else! Don’t forget those green glasses!
The worse is yet to come! Haha. I just can’t explain this ride! Got so sick!
I should have just stayed here with these “The Mummy” people…
Water World Set - The actress here is one of the cast in the movie New Moon. Action-packed!
At last, what a day it was. I’m off to bed!
