Tabby finally found the perfect getaway for our planned vacation during the last quarter of this year. He told me he went to places that are very outdoor entertaining that he can’t resist to find the perfect camping equipment we will probably need for the next months! I can definitely say he’s a man who loves the outdoors!

So let me tell you what he has been up to the past few months.

Davao City (May 2010)

This year has been a very bountiful year for us. It may not yet be the last quarter of this year, but so far now I can say it is for sure. The company is growing and literally expanding to another location which is in Davao. Tabby had to catch a flight to Davao to attend to some business matters and to further have the place up and running to standards. Since Grandpa Ely was at that time in the city, he decided to go with him. They had a few visits on landmarks at Davao. I’m sure they did a lot of hiking!

Dahilayan Adventure Park (June 2010)

Aside from the new company office, there’s another thing that’s new. Grandpa Ely and Tabby decided to buy a new car. These pictures were taken during the break-in of the new truck. Stopping by the Dahilayan Adventure park was astonishing, as Tabby told me. It was more of like being on the very top of the mountains that air is somehow scarce. A lot of people there were biking and hiking in groups with lots and lots of backpacks. He probably felt envious of those groups just feeling the outdoors and connecting with nature. I honestly would love to give camping a try (which I never have done so!). I bet I will enjoy the backpacking… And I am sure I will be having too much on my pack than I am supposed to bring. But hey, I think it is always better to come prepared like any boy or girl scout would do right?

After seeing the pictures, I told myself that I will go to this place. Soon, when the weeks of waiting turn into days… I know I will be on top of that mountain camping with Yzzy before I even know it.
