Iyanna Allison Ysabel
I think any mom would agree with me that coming up with a name for your soon to be born baby can be both difficult yet fun as well. Well, as for us, it took us about 8 months or so (and a lot of research!) to come up with one we both like. Probably because you can’t just settle for less, or its just that you would want to get the perfect name for your child that she would soon love as her own and not something to regret about.
It was both the feeling of relief and fulfillment that resided in me when we finally said to ourselves that we’ll name her “Iyanna Allison Ysabel”.
Iyanna never actually had a meaning but there’s something in the name that we both like. So I guess we’ll make its meaning as foundation. This baby has really proven to be strong. Stronger than I ever thought she could be…even stronger than me. It makes me realize a lot of times that she becomes my strength when everything else fails. Her strong will encourages me to be strong for her as well. We’re just both holding on to each other on this with God’s grace.
Allison stands for nobility. It has been our dream to see our daughter grow up to become a fine righteous woman who would be great in her chosen path someday. Even greater than her parents… To become noble is not always as easy as it seems. It entails a personality that can withstand the things that are thrown at you by the world. Knowing that you stand firm on what you believe in, what is right, and what is for the common good will prove your good will.
Ysabel stands for vow of God. And above anything else, we would want our daughter to grow spiritually strong in her faith. As the name meaning suggests, a person who consecrates or devotes herself to God.
“Foundation of nobility and vow of God.”
So I guess the worry days are over for us. With “Yzzy” coming, both Tabby and I are excited.
Mommy and Daddy loves Yzzy so much..
