OH MY GOD! My baby Yzzy can walk already!

At exactly 3PM February 1, 2010 in the Philippines she was madly running around her alphabet mat! And I’m seeing it live via Skype! Tabby was crying! I was so overwhelmed I came out rushing from the room to call Yzzy’s Grandma Lina and Grandpa Rey who were so happy to see her walk for the first time too! I’m so happy to witness this experience…I wanted to teleport you know! I was like super “Daddy look! She can walk already!” and hug them both…Oh well, this happiness can’t make me feel down right now… Today is indeed a very very happy day!

Watched the video? Very cool huh? She had those happy feet racing along the mat! Oh I know how happy she is knowing her feet can make those steps and bring her to places… The wonders of motherhood…It really amazes me. Tabby again, was crying! He was there really witnessing upfront how this was such an achievement for Yzzy. She was even calling out “Daddy!!! I CAN WALK!” if you try to see it in the video… It was all energy huh? Really amazing moment…

Make use of those happy feet Yzzy. Mommy sure will miss the times you hang on to her every time. Now, you’re like running crazy. The next time I’m going to see you, I really do envision you running towards me.

Aside from her amazing walking, I would like to share some Yzzy-ness from the moment she woke up. She was doing this modest way of laughing by covering her mouth! Hahaha… Who taught you that?

After having breakfast, Yzzy was showing of her toy ride that she won’t fall anymore. She’s enjoying it while Ate Ann and Daddy were pushing her back and forth.

Tabby and I had been online for like 12 hours already. Too overwhelmed to do anything as of the moment. We just do this mostly everyday, trying to ease out the burden of being too far away to have real hugs and kisses.

What could she be thinking… Touching the screen of the monitor! She does miss me… I so feel it, and she hugs her Dad too much at times too. I would just like to believe she’ll still be happy to see Mommy come home soon. It would be a different scenario for her to see me for real again.
